Overview
Seeking a competent individual to lead the administrative initiatives of our production operations within our growing manufacturing company.
Specific Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications. Ability to use macros and automate processes in Excel would be highly appreciated.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Verbal Fluency in Kannada is essential for this role, in addition to written proficiency in English. Any fluency in Hindi would be highly appreciated.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to cultivate genuine connections with employees across all levels of the organization.
- Willing to take up new responsibilities under broad or limited supervision and ability to analyse and resolve problems.
Responsible For
- Creating and releasing work orders to the production line.
- Plan the work in line with the production planning.
- Coordinating with operators and supervisors for timely execution of the production.
- Developing production schedules and coordinating with other departments to ensure that production meets customer and sales objectives.
- Communicating with other units of the organisation to coordinate operations and resolve problems if any.
- Identifying and solving production issues, and making changes to processes as needed.
- Recording and reporting production results, and completing logs and records.
