Seeking a competent individual to manage customer orders, ensure smooth processing of sales, and support our production and delivery operations.
Specific Skills
- Previous experience in sales coordination or order management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Responsible For
- Handle customer queries and provide assistance as needed.
- Enter daily sales details into the ERP system.
- Create sales orders and proforma invoices for customer orders.
- Manage sales billing and coordinate the dispatch of finished goods.
- Generate E-Invoice and E-Way bills as required.
- Follow up with customers and production teams on existing orders.
- Respond to customer emails and resolve any concerns.
- Organize transportation for the delivery of goods.
